Frequently asked questions

Confirm that “Display over other apps” is enabled for Infinite Screenshot and that the app's capture/overlay service is running. If Android has restricted the app in the background, reopen Infinite Screenshot and start the capture flow again.

Check that Infinite Screenshot's Accessibility Service is enabled and that the target screen actually supports vertical scrolling. Secure or custom-rendered screens may behave differently.

The free version is intentionally limited to a shorter capture length. Pro unlocks extended capture up to the app's configured maximum and unlocks advanced capture settings.

The free app gallery can hold up to six screenshots. Delete one or more saved screenshots or upgrade to Pro for greater app-gallery capacity.

Make sure Google Play is signed into the same account that made the purchase and that the app was installed from Google Play. Open the Pro/upgrade screen or restart the app so Google Play Billing can query the acknowledged purchase.

Infinite Screenshot stores capture files locally on the device. Depending on the app version and Android storage behavior, files may also be made available through device media storage. Deleting a file is permanent unless you have another backup.

Where required and available, use the app's “Privacy and cookie settings” option to reopen the consent interface and change your advertising choices.
